Adelaide February 2007

As you can see, I'm so dark already. But its not as if the chance to be in Adelaide during summer is something that happens all the time, so I'm glad I did manage to enjoyed myself thoroughly (besides being a 'king' in my aunt's house too).

It's been too long since I last blogged. Just didn't had the motivation to do so since I got back about a week ago. But its been busy- busy is good; forces a person not to be waking up at noon or later.. But may God's grace only bring me through.

For anyone who doesn't know who is it in the picture with me, it's not some random South Australian. She is, in fact, Merrilyn Teague- or Aunt Merrilyn as she is fondly called by so many that she had influenced. And I'm one of those who God graciously put in her path in that chapter of my life that seems so different and distant now. Indeed, meeting Aunty Merrilyn was one of those "defining moments" of my life. I had made some hard decisions since then - some I regret of, some I don't - but the point is, I have grown since then and how He brought me through still seem astonishing to me. Indeed He brings us through, and as some say carry us when we need Him most.

I wonder what the new semester brings, but I do know I could see that big figure somewhere near by. And that big figure is not big problem, but a big God that is much much bigger than those big problems.

“[A psalm of David.] The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.”- Psalm 23:1-3
